Founder, Wendy Steel, thrives on helping businesses, large and small optimize their marketing efforts. Her 30+ years of experience in marketing spans multiple industries, audiences, and countries, giving her a unique collection of experiences & methodologies to apply to the marketing challenges of most organizations.
While in the Bay Area, Wendy served in a variety of marketing roles at Charles Schwab, Intuit, Hewlett-Packard & Adobe Systems.
Since relocating to Carmel Valley, Wendy has supported a number of local businesses, including Monterey County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Monterey Mercedes-Benz, Brooks Winery and several local hotels.
Wendy holds a BS from Cal Poly and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Since returning to Monterey Peninsula in 2014, Wendy has been an active member of the community. She volunteers with Peace of Mind Dog Rescue and appreciates the beauty and sense of community the Peninsula offers.
Empty nesters - Wendy, her husband Miller and three rescue pups thrive in Carmel Valley.
